Manpower is seeking to recruit an ambitious and driven Investment Migration Support Officer. The chosen candidate will be part of a small team and will initially assist the team with administration duties while receiving mentoring on the processes and documents required with regard to the different residency and citizenship regulations and timelines involved.

Such an individual is expected to gain confidence and understanding and eventually will have a portfolio of clients to manage and build a lasting relationship with. The successful candidate will be allowed to shadow senior colleagues and gain experience within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Having full ownership and giving full support to the team for all administration duties which shall include but not be limited to filing, creating and keeping digital records of all submissions and issuing invoices;
  • Keeping online and physical files up to date and organised;
  • Assisting in the preparation of applications;
  • Assisting clients with third-party ad hoc services such as health insurance, translation services, and property requirements;
  • Assisting the team in completing Compliance files as part of the Client Onboarding Process and keeping client records up to date by gathering KYC documentation in line with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines;
  • Assisting in preparing Annual Compliance folders when required;
  • Participating in client meetings as and when required;
  • Learning and eventually taking over the Ordinary Residence Applications;
  • Learning and taking ownership of the work permit and family reunification application process;
  • Learning and eventually taking over the NOMAD visa applications;

Requirements:

  • A minimum O Level standard of education;
  • Any experience in the field of work permit applications or residency programmes would be considered an asset;
  • A 5-star customer service attitude, ready to work with different clients and surpass their expectations;
  • Willingness to learn from other team members and grasp what is being explained and asked of them;
  • Excellent ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written;
  • A proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal departments ensuring lines of communication remain open;
  • Ability to work as part of a team, assisting others where necessary to ensure all deadlines are met;
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision;
  • Ability to prioritise between different clients and deadlines according to urgency and ability to multi-task;
  • Must be well organised and have an eye for detail.
